A guided wellness experience by Tahmina Tea

Tea Therapy™ is a mindfulness service offered by Tahmina Tea — a guided, practitioner-led experience that uses the ritual of saffron tea as a pathway to calm, clarity, and connection. Like a yoga class or sound bath, each session is led by a Tahmina Tea guide who takes you through a structured wellness journey, from breath to first sip to reflection.

Whether you're looking to decompress after a stressful week, cultivate a mindfulness practice, or bring something meaningful to your team, Tea Therapy™ offers a grounding experience rooted in the healing traditions of saffron.


What to Expect

Each Tea Therapy™ session is led by a Tahmina Tea practitioner and includes:

  • A curated saffron tea selection chosen to support your intention for the session
  • Guided breathwork and sensory awareness exercises to ease you into presence
  • A structured tea ritual — from preparation to steeping to mindful tasting — facilitated by your guide
  • Reflection and closing to integrate the experience and carry a sense of calm into your day

Sessions run approximately 60 minutes and are available for individuals, small groups, and corporate teams.
